Many studies show that roughly 75% of people feel stuck either professionally, personally, or both.
I believe that many people feel stuck because they lack clarity. They feel like something is missing, but they just don’t know what it is. This can lead to feelings of frustration, exhaustion, irritability, inadequacy, worry, loneliness, sadness, confusion, disappointment, embarrassment, feeling lost and or trapped, and many more.
I also believe, that each person has the power within them to change and then create a life they choose filled with hope, joy, happiness, inspiration, love, achievement, and so much more! Many just need to know what steps to take to get there. That’s where I can help!
I believe that lasting change occurs when we work to change our subconscious mind.
Why? Because:
Your subconscious mind controls 95% of your life! 95% of your daily thoughts, decisions, actions, and beliefs are controlled by your subconscious mind.
70% (or more) of your subconscious thoughts and beliefs are imprinted and rooted in your brain by the time you are 8 years old AND you didn't get to choose them.
Each person thinks about 60,000 thoughts per day. AND, 90% of those thoughts are just repeated from the day before, the day before that, and the day before that, etc.
If you keep thinking what you have been thinking and keep doing what you have been doing how can you expect something different in your life?
You have to change your thoughts and beliefs at the subconscious level.
This is why I focus my coaching on giving my clients tools that they can immediately apply to use their conscious mind to create new imprints and change their subconscious mind.
